This NEWFREN Sport Clutch is specifically designed to enhance the power transmission from the engine to the gearbox. Offering hardened springs and an additional friction plate, it out-performs the PIAGGIO stock component significantly. This reliable kit comes in two sizes: 115mm outer and 108mm inner diameter, and 108mm outer and 96mm inner diameter. 125-150cc VESPA models require installation of the larger size, along with minor modifications to the clutch and crankcase oil channelling. To adjust motor gearing, primary drive cogs of diverse sizes can be used. For tuning cylinder kits of 166-177cc, as well as high-performance 200cc VESPA motor designs, this POLINI Gearbox Kit is ideal. It adjusts the final drive ratio up to 23/64, resulting in greater top speeds, lower revs and higher miles per gallon. Note: This straight-cut gear kit cannot be used with helical gears.- Ø 108 mm
